Women on weights (WOW)
A 12 week strength training program for women designed to familarize yourself and master the basic lifts (squats, benching pressing, deadlifting and overhead pressing) and to gain confidence in and out of the gym.
Are you coming back from phyiscal therapy and unsure how to transation back to regular exercise? Or are you coming off an old injury? Or you have a chronic injury you need to work around? I will design a program that will have you well on the way to moving and feeling better and crushing life.
Are you finding it diffcult to get up, move around in the morning, noon or at night? Need help getting back into the shape you use too be? Then this is for you. After going through a series phyiscal assessments I will design a program to address your most pressing needs.
This 3 month progam will improve your strength, mobilty and balance. This program Includes 3 full body resistance trainings per week plus 1 training per week concentrating on your cardiovascular endurance and recovery.
